25 Year Celebrations

Dunston Hall and her majestic gardens was the chosen venue for the 25 Year Anniversary Celebrations. The day started with the first guests arriving at 11:00 hrs. The schedule for the day was as follows, photo shoot with all the SMA Instructors, a short Black Belt Display which included Kima Seh Punches and the performance of Koryo Hyung. This was followed by the SMA Demo Team performing for Members and their Guests. Thereafter, we all enjoyed a BBQ supplied and served by Dunston Hall. Drinks flowed from the personal Bar all afternoon, an extremely competitive game of rounders set the theme for after lunch activities ! Girls V Boys, needless to say the Boys errrrrr Won !!! Ha ha !!! And finally, the highlight of the day, the draw for the winner of the Sliver Ticket, with the prize likely to exceed the value of £1000.00, depending on grade and commitment of the winning student the audience waited with baited breath ! And the winner is ......LEWIS COLLYER...... Ordinarily Lewis trains at the Long Stratton and Norwich ‘Sportspark’ Venues with 5^th Dan Master and Senior Instructor Chris Hemstock. However with his Silver Ticket expect to see Lewis at many other Venues over the next 12 Months !

OK ! And so the Girls V’s Boys long awaited Rounders Competition finally started. The Girls were into bat first with Emily Davison-Cripps and Harri Hemstock leading the way, however that didn’t last for long as there last player Ann Purnell is defiantly OUT !!! A superb throw to stump the last base from a mystery player out of shot !!!


	Now for the Boys ! With Team players including the likes of Lewis ‘LBW’ Collyer, Dave ‘Rounders’ Robb, Chris ‘Homerun’ Hemstock, Anthony ‘Alloutattack’ Cripps and Alex ‘Always-hitem’ Cripps, there was always only going to be one winner !!!

	The Girls Bowler for the afternoon was Harri Hemstock. Left, when things were going to plan, and errrr right when things weren’t quite going as expected ! And they say Boy’s try every trick in the book ! But, a striking Bowler ?!! That’s a new one !!!
