	August 2010 saw Chris Hemstock host a Self Defence Workshop at Little Walshingham as part of the 2010 World Wide Pilgrimage to ‘The Shrine, Lady of Walshingham’ Chris is seen here working with Students with Special Needs.

Gaille Charron 1st Dan Black Belt from Paris France has been training with Chris for the last twelve months. Tuesday the 17th August 2010 saw Gaille train with Chris for the last time, certainly for the forceable future as Gaille has moved back to France to take the next steps in her career. Gaille is seen here receiving a memento from Chris, taken from his Martial Arts collection in his home. In return Gaille surprised Chris with a gift of her own, a bottle of French Cider ! Chris would like to wish Gaille all the best for the future in and out of the Martial Arts Arena, and hopes that one day their paths may cross again.


	Chris would like to thank all the Students at Newton Flotman ‘ARTS’ for their Congratulations Card to him, for passing his 5^th Dan Black Belt Grading May 2010 :)

Pictured above at the 2009 Summer Ball are long time friends, a group of guys that have shared many tough challenges together. Some of which have included, The National Three Peaks in less than 24 hrs - 100 km (62 Miles) South Downs Run in 19 hrs - Free Falling from 13000 ft - Many Black Belt Gradings and much much more ! One Saracen is Missing from the picture, Chris Hansford 1^st Dan now living in Singapore with his wife Fiona.
