We focus on all the syllabus and bag and breaking techniques to ensure the student fully understands and delivers it correctly. We will also continue the stamina focus mitt/pad drill. This part of the course benefits those competing in continuous sparring, building up coordination, balance and timing along with the core strength needed to spar for 2 minutes. Jnr £8.00, Snr £10.00.
