4th February : Black Belt Endurance test (1 of 2)' 9.30 am start, High Lodge Forest Centre, Near Brandon

Fitness test in preparation for the Black belt grading later in the year. Candidates are required to run the 5 kilometre route through the forest. Those with physical conditions preventing running maybe allowed to partake in the 12 kilometre bike ride. The point of the exercise is to test your fitness and set the best time possible. Non Black belt candidates for this year may join in to support the candidates or indeed ready themselves for a future Black Belt attempt themselves! £-No cost, though Car park charges apply.​
