Established in 1985 by the current chairman Ian Soame (7th Dan), the club is run together with Senior Instructor David Robb (7th Dan), alongside a friendly, experienced, team of instructors. They are trained to the highest standards and hold the relevant qualifications: nationally recognised coaching certificates, first aid, CRB/DBS, Safe Guarding & Protecting Children Aware and insurance.
Saracen Martial Arts is proud to be associated with KIAB and its President, Grandmaster Freddy Kleinschwaerzer, 10th Dan. SMAGB is honoured to have Grandmaster Freddy conduct the annual Black belt gradings.
