Club Gradings will be held at Watton Youth Centre (map below). Dates for the next grading can be found on the Events page. Instructors normally hand out grading forms four weeks before a grading. Forms, fees etc. can be returned from this time – it is advisable not to leave everything to the last minute! To be eligible to grade, forms, fees & licences must be submitted 2 weeks prior to grading.
Pre-grading sessions are an excellent way to prepare you for grading. All students are welcome, whether grading or not. These sessions are not compulsory, but with the high instructor-to-student ratio, they provide almost one-to-one training at a valuable time. Pre-grading sessions are held at the Watton Youth Centre. Please go to the Events page for further details on the next pre-grading.

Fees to be submitted with a fully completed Grading Information slip (BLOCK CAPITALS) and a SMAGB Licence also fully completed with photograph, at least 2 weeks before the grading.
Fees include quality belts (where applicable) and certificates, which are returned with an updated SMAGB Licence approximately 2 weeks after the grading.
